Andrew Papa Limited is a Partner in BSG Valentine Chartered Accountants.  Andrew Papa is the Director of Andrew Papa Limited which joined the firm as a Corporate Partner in April, 2013.

Andrew Papa qualified young as a Chartered Accountant. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and also has a BA (Hons.) Degree in Accounting & Finance. Andrew is also expected to have Fellowship status with the ICAEW in 2016.

In addition to Andrew’s fresh approach he has15 years’ experience in Audit & Assurance (Fully Listed and Non-Listed), UK Taxation and also General Practice.  Andrew’s skill set also includes top-tier background having also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC London).

Andrew’s experience includes a client base of many high profile multinational FTSE 100 corporations including; BAA PLC (now Heathrow Airport Holdings Limited), EBAY (UK) Limited, and ExxonMobil UK Limited. 

Recently Andrew has also been involved with the UK Statutory Audit of a fully listed UK Property Trading & Investment Group which reported consolidated gross assets exceeding a cost value of £360m (31st March 2016).

Andrew has an interest in UK Property and its related UK Taxation implications. He has advised many clients regarding Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings (ATED) and other related UK Taxation aspects for both UK and Non-UK Resident Corporations owning Residential and Commercial Property in the UK.  

He also has extensive knowledge and experience in the area of Residence & Domicile dealing with the UK Taxation affairs of UK Residents who are Non-UK Domiciled. This area of expertise has seen dramatic recent UK legislative change with the introduction of the Statutory Residence Test introduced by the Finance Act 2013. In this field Andrew has advised many high net worth individuals including international sports stars regarding the UK taxation implications of UK Residency, UK Arrival, UK Departure and the Remittance Basis of Taxation whilst UK Resident.
