Melissa Butler

Melissa joined BSG Valentine in August 2020 as Practice Manager. Having previously worked within a legal background she brings with her over 25 years of management experience and has extensive knowledge in a multitude of areas including finance, AML compliance, HR, recruitment, Change and Project management, IT and Business development. 

Her focus is to ensure that the business provides a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of our clients while having responsibility for the operational performance of the firm and management of its day-to-day activities.

Melissa, a key point of contact across the office, oversees the firm’s financial, administration, bookkeeping and payroll departments and is the firm’s Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
